Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policies

As a very small business, our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm MST. We may not be available directly during those hours, but we are dedicated to providing the customer service you deserve. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping processing takes an average of 2 days after order has been placed, excluding weekends, with no guarantees on arrival date. This does not include pre-order items or very large orders. If there are any clerical issues with the provided shipping address, you will receive an email and your speed in replying will directly affect how quickly your items are shipped.

Most shipping is done through the US Post Office. Once the label has been created for your shipment, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. The label creation does not mean that your order has been shipped, but that it is being processed. After the shipping label has been created, it could be an additional 24 hours before the package is in the hands of the shipping agent.

Once the package is in the hands of the shipping agent, the time to the destination is outside of our control. Shipping delays have affected arrival times. Packages domestically have been known to take a few extra days to get to their destination. International orders can take 2-4 weeks to arrive. We do not offer expedited or express shipping.

During the Christmas holiday season, we process shipments more often and may offer some faster shipping options. Those shipping options will be in your shipping choices list as you check out from the online store. But there are no guarantees that shipments will arrive before December 25th.

International customers are responsible for all duties or taxes receiving country charges for shipment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes to your order are only possible before the shipping label has been created. If you would like to cancel your order or change a part of your order, please fill out the Contact form on with your order number and request.

There are no order cancellations and refunds on digital downloads.

Return and Refund Policy

Need to return or exchange something you just received? No problem! Please read through the policy below and contact us if you have any questions. While we do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please keep in mind that is a small company and may not have the same return and exchange policies that you will find at bigger stores.

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us and we will gladly replace it, excluding certain items (see below), within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that you will have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to qualify for a refund. Refund type will be given based on original purchase method.

A return must be authorized by before any returns will be accepted. If you have signed up for an account on, you may request a return through your order history. Customer Service can be reached for return request by emailing us at or through our Contact page.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, unless the original item received is damaged or incorrect through no fault of the customer. Please ship with tracking. is not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers. We will pay for the shipping cost of exchanges to get the new item to the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for any return.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.

All returns must include all components of the item, including damaged pieces. Partial items will not be accepted. If an item is received missing pieces like instruction booklet or is missing components, item will not be accepted and deducted from your refund.
